About the Role
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Napa, CA. The Assistant to CEO will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing communication, performing administrative tasks, and maintaining organization within the office. Daily tasks include scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing documents and events. You’ll be their shadow brain—tracking conversations, decisions, and follow-ups across Slack, email, and Notion—while keeping sensitive business info locked down.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Organization Skills and Office Administration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
