Fulfillment Center Outbound Lead - 2nd Shift

The Outbound Lead will support the overall operation of an outbound shift with emphasis on supporting outbound associates, product replenishment, quality assurance and accurate shipping areas. Responsibilities include adhering to health & safety policies, Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP), and quality standards; coordinating all setup activities necessary to begin fulfilling customer orders; working in a temperature controlled environment averaging 34 degrees; assisting in researching and resolving inventory, quality, and/or efficiency related opportunities; conducting observations in the fulfillment process and providing coaching/feedback; maintaining a high level of housekeeping in assigned area; picking, packing, replenishing, or operating power equipment as needed; backing up the outbound supervisor if they are off the floor for meetings, etc.; and performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications include 1 years of experience in a similar role, ability to meet established standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, basic computer skills, ability to provide coaching and/or feedback in a constructive manner, High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent, and being self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourceful and adaptability.
