"phone screen / phone assessment" must be completed in order to be considered for the job: We exclusively broker investment properties in Massachusetts (mostly apartment buildings $5-50mm deals) We are the largest privately owned (1929) full service commercial RE firm in Boston. Are you looking to break into this business and build your resume? work to generating leads. Candidate needs to be very organized, closely follow directions, be proficient in google sheets
workweek is 2-3 eight hour days per week. Our office is in the Seaport: close to South Station ($20/hr w. Paid 1-hour break). approximate 3 month position. MTW work day preferred. Holidays are not paid
