Full-Time Infant Nanny | Lakewood, OH | $21–$26/hour
A warm, professional family is seeking a full-time nanny for their infant, starting at the end of October. This is a 9 month placement with the potential to extend. The ideal candidate will be flexible, collaborative, and experienced with infants.

Position Details

• Location: Lakewood, OH 44107
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:15 AM – 4:30 PM
• Start Date: Late October (with transition period)
• Duration: 7-month contract (school year)
• Pay: $21–$26/hour DOE

Responsibilities

• Full-day infant care
• Engage in age-appropriate, screen-free activities
• Support outdoor time and daily walks
• Bottle cleaning and basic child-related tidying
• Willingness to follow baby-led weaning and collaborate on future sleep training

Ideal Candidate

• At least 2 years of nanny experience, especially with infants
• Go-with-the-flow attitude and open to feedback
• Proactive and communicative—comfortable bringing ideas to the table
• Non-smoker; minimal personal phone use during work hours when baby is awake
• Vaccinated (COVID, flu, TDAP, MMR)
• Comfortable working in a home with stairs and a small, older dog (optional dog walking welcome)

Additional Notes

• Home may have nanny cameras
• No driving required during care but candidate should have valid drivers license/reliable car
• Family is open to trial period and would be interested in a candidate interested in long-term potential
