What You’ll Be Doing:
- Repairing the Unfixable: From dents and scratches to structural damage, you’ll use your skills to make vehicles look brand new again.
- Working with a Team of Experts: You’ll collaborate with our top-notch team of estimators, parts specialists, and other techs to ensure every repair is done on time and to spec.
- Using Your Hands and Your Head: Diagnose issues, repair damage, and follow repair guidelines with precision and attention to detail.
- Providing Stellar Customer Service: While you won’t be face-to-face with customers all the time, your work will speak volumes to them. You’ll be a key part of creating happy drivers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with Auto Repair: You’ve worked with bodywork, frame repair, welding, or related fields. The more, the better—but we’re open to training the right person!
- Attention to Detail: You notice the small stuff, because those little details make all the difference.
- Team Player: You’re someone who can communicate well, collaborate, and pitch in when needed.
- A Positive Attitude: We’re not just fixing cars—we’re fixing the day for our customers, too!
