What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Inside Sales Associate position at Hunter Truck Sales & Service?
Hunter Truck is a family owned and operated network of dealerships and is the largest medium and heavy duty truck dealer in the Northeast.
We are looking for energetic and committed team members to join our Parts Department at our Clarksburg, NJ location! The Parts Inside Sales position is responsible for selling parts to all customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone. Candidates must possess:
Customer centric focus- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must display a professional manner at all time
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company insurability standards
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications preferred Medium/Heavy Truck Parts Specialist Certification preferred
- One year certificate from College or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Prefer:
1 year technical school and/or college OR 1 year of parts counter experience- 1 year experience working in a customer service environment
