Job details
Develops reports and data tables using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Visual Studio, Excel, and Crystal Reports from health records in a NextGen EPM / EHR database. Collaborates with the NextGen Information Services team, the IDS Medical Director, and the IDS Population Health Administrative Director and Population Health Data Analyst to develop customized reports designed to monitor progress towards quality, clinical, and financial goals of Hunterdon Healthcare Partners. Maintains existing reports and collaborates to identify reported issues with data.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, public health, population health, epidemiology, health informatics or database management or 5 years relevant experience in a health related field such as healthcare, health insurance, public health or population health in either development, report writing, clinical informatics, or EHR implementation
- Proficient in SQL including ability to write complex queries
- Reporting experience using SQL, Excel, and SSRS
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills to effectively work in a dynamic environment
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment on complex projects
- Experience with NextGen EPM / EHR database preferred
