About the Role

Location: Covers Arizona, California, Hawaii, and Nevada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to drive brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Expand the sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in niche markets.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic selling and consultative engagement.
- Provide on-site training and technical support to customers, ensuring effective use of HunterLab products.
- Collaborate with sales leadership on major accounts and mentor new associates to enhance their sales expertise.
- Represent HunterLab at conventions and trade shows, showcasing our unique value proposition to potential clients.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business, communications, or marketing.
- 3-5 years of relevant capital sales experience (experience in scientific instrumentation or technical sales preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and ERP systems (highly preferred).
