About the Role

Location: Covers Arizona, California, Hawaii, and Nevada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to drive brand loyalty and repeat business.
  • Expand the sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in niche markets.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic selling and consultative engagement.
  • Provide on-site training and technical support to customers, ensuring effective use of HunterLab products.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on major accounts and mentor new associates to enhance their sales expertise.
  • Represent HunterLab at conventions and trade shows, showcasing our unique value proposition to potential clients.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business, communications, or marketing.
  • 3-5 years of relevant capital sales experience (experience in scientific instrumentation or technical sales preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and ERP systems (highly preferred).

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
