Huntingdon Behavioral Health was founded over 30 years ago to provide psychiatric and psychology care to Floridians in desperate need of diagnoses and high quality treatment of mental illnesses.
It is our constant goal that through effective treatment, patients achieve their highest level of functionality and independence. This achievement of this goal is made possible because of our unique model of care, by which we assign psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, psychiatrists, and/or psychiatric nurse practitioners to each facility.
We are currently seeking a part time Florida Licensed Clinical Social Workers who want to have a meaningful impact on the quality of life of residents in skilled nursing and long term care throughout the state of Florida. This is an outstanding opportunity for a LCSW to partner with one of Florida's most successful healthcare companies.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida - Masters' Degree in Clinical Social Work required.
- Proficient in evidence-based treatments (i.e. CBT, ACT and DBT)
- Proficient computer and technology skills
- Current, unencumbered Florida LCSW license
- Must be willing to travel site to site
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to establish therapeutic alliances and rapport required to work with a diverse patient population
- Ability to make independent decisions in accordance with established policies and procedures while working within the collaborative team framework.
- Current CPR certification
- Current valid Florida Driver's License
