Expectations:
Donor Relations Manager is responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with Huntington Health donors as a critical member of the Donor Relations team. This position leads projects that expand and enhance fundraising efforts, philanthropic communications, donor relations, campaign operations, and stewardship programs. This position requires flexibility of hours to support special events and the hospital's 24/7 Benefactor Program.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree required.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in non-profit fundraising or communications, preferably in annual giving or donor relations.
SKILLS:
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Experience with MS Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of event planning and digital communications a plus.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate good judgement and decision making when working with donors.
