MULTI-FAMILY LIVING COMMUNITY looking for a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - Washtenaw County.
Full time position.
Minimum 5 years’ experience working within APARTMENT HOUSING COMMUNITIES. An ideal candidate must have previous maintenance management experience. This position is responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance of the community as well as managing maintenance staff.
Candidates must have knowledge in:
· HVAC
· Painting
· Carpentry
· Drywall
· Plumbing
· Electrical repair/replacement
Must have a positive attitude / organized / good customer service.
