What You’ll Do
- Overseeing all site operations
- Ensure safety protocols are followed
- Lead by example to deliver top-tier customer service
- Support employee training, development, and engagement
- Monitor equipment and cleanliness for optimal wash performance
- Handle troubleshooting and report maintenance needs

- 1–2 years of leadership experience (car wash experience a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
