Job Summary:
The Communications Specialist will manage internal and external communications to ensure consistency and clarity in messaging. The role focuses on developing content, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and proofread company communications, including press releases, newsletters, and internal memos.
- Coordinate with leadership to prepare speeches, presentations, and talking points for meetings and events.
- Develop and maintain company documentation, such as brochures, proposals, and informational packets.
- Serve as the point of contact for media inquiries and assist in preparing responses.
