About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Entry-Level Event Coordinator to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events. If you are passionate about creating memorable experiences, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the events industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning and Support :

Assist in organizing and planning events, including corporate meetings, conferences, trade shows, and social gatherings.
Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation.

On-Site Event Management :

Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise.

Set up and tear down event spaces as required.

Administrative Duties :

Create and manage event timelines, checklists, and budgets.

Prepare event materials such as name tags, schedules, and promotional items.

Maintain accurate records of event details and expenses.

Marketing and Promotion :

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.

Assist with post-event evaluations and feedback collection to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with event planning software is a bonus.
