Lead Systems Engineer (AWS) | Asset Management | Boston, MA | $180k
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our client's team as a Lead Systems Engineer. Our client is one of the leading asset management firms with offices across the globe, offering investment solutions for institutional clients worldwide. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with AWS technologies, building out infrastructures from scratch while mentoring junior members.
Key Responsibilities :
- Designing cloud infrastructure using AWS EC2 and S3
- Building scalable systems on AzureAD
- Managing Windows servers in hybrid environment
- Mentoring junior team members
Qualifications & Skills :
To be considered for this role you must possess at least 6 years' experience within system engineering or related fields along with skills that include but are not limited to;
AWS expertise
Azure AD - We're looking for candidates who can build scalable systems on Microsoft’s platform, i.e., Active Directory services such as ADFS / AD Connect etc.
Windows Server Administration – Experience managing windows server administration is key since it plays vital roles when setting up virtual machines either locally or remotely via Remote Desktop connections (RDC).
Cloud Infrastructure design – Candidates applying should also demonstrate sound knowledge around designing Cloud-based architectures leveraging industry best practices / frameworks like TOGAF among others.
