You’ll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. 15 - $17 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Mitigate customer complaints as needed
- Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers
- Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
- Perform regular bookkeeping duties : make sure hotel guest information is current and correct
- Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests
- Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers; and makes changes for paying customers.
