What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Hotel Night Auditor position at Hyatt Place Houston / Downtown?
Hyatt Place Houston / Downtown in Houston, TX is looking for one full time night auditor to join our team. We are located on 1114 Texas Ave.. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of the front desk: making/cancelling reservations, checking guests in and out, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service.
- Responsible for closing out the day's business and preparing the hotel for a new day to start
- Responsible for assisting breakfast attendants with setting up breakfast
- Responsible for all guest food orders overnight (limited hot menu available), Starbucks, and bar orders (bar closes at midnight)
Qualifications
- Must have, or willing to get before start of employment, TABC certificate.
- Must have, or willing to get before start of employment, Texas Food Server certificate.
- Prior Hyatt experience preferred. Prior hotel night audit experience preferred.
- Must be available to work 11pm to 7am Sunday through Saturday. Days off may vary dependent upon hotel and schedule needs.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as scheduled.
