Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Associate Director of Catering to join our team at Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor. In this dynamic on-site role you will assist in the management, coordination and execution of the Catering and Sales Departments play a key role in driving sales for social events.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the field of hospitality with specific experience in catering sales.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, preparation of business plans, budget forecasting, long-range planning.
- Background in planning and executing catering events.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Insight into industry trends and the local market.
