What are the responsibilities and job description for the STEWARDING SUPERVISOR position at Hyatt Regency St Louis at the Arch?
Summary
As the Stewarding Supervisor, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Stewarding Department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervising the cleaning of any area of the food and beverage function within the hotel
- Training new stewards/implementing new training to existing team
- Assisting in other projects deemed appropriate by the Executive Steward

Qualifications
- Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of food and beverage supervisory experience (hotel experience a plus)
- Prior stewarding experience strongly preferred
- Open availability to include weekends, holidays and evenings as business levels require
- Team building and relationship skills
- Strong communication
- Detail oriented
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull a moderate amount of weight
