The Purchasing Clerk is responsible for:
- Knowledge of par levels, stock rotation and expiration date tracking
- Ability to receive, inspect and store Alcoholic Beverage deliveries correctly.
- Proficient in conducting physical inventory counts and issuing of requisition
- Ability to label, categorize and store beverage according to type (alcoholic/non-alcoholic), brand and storage requirements
- Skilled in identifying stock discrepancies and reporting variances
- Ability to receive, inspect and store Food & Beverage deliveries accurately
- Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Being reliable, punctual and trustworthy with high value inventory
- Comfortable working in cold storage areas (f required)
- Works closely with Culinary, Food & Beverage Divisions
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage safety regulations and proper storage practices
- Maintains confidentiality and integrity standards
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized storeroom

Qualifications
- Proven ability to handle a large workload in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of stock control and FIFO (First In, First Out) principles
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in storeroom, inventory, or beverage handling roles.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and using inventory software (e.g. BirchStreet or Excel)
- Lift up 50lbs. occasionally throughout the day
- Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with hospitality or Food & Beverage industry operations preferred.
