Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and highly organized Spa Coordinator for our new Hydration Therapy Spa located in Midtown Atlanta! This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional leadership skills, a passion for health and wellness, and proven sales expertise, particularly in membership sales models. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive revenue growth through sales strategies, while creating an exceptional guest experience.
Customer Service & Client Relations:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued, understood, and well cared for throughout their spa experience.
- Personally address high-priority client concerns, ensuring quick resolution to maintain a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Create personalized experiences for frequent clients and members to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Handle all aspects of guest service, including bookings, cancellations, consultations, and any other special needs, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.
Sales & Membership Growth:
- Lead and manage the spa coordinator team, promoting and executing successful membership sales programs to drive long-term client retention and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to membership packages, promotional offers, and upselling of services/products.
- Create, monitor, and refine membership sales processes to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
- Collaborate with owner to develop targeted campaigns and events to increase membership sign-ups and boost client engagement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the spa’s offerings, particularly in hydration therapy, to confidently articulate benefits to prospective clients.
- Track and report sales performance, member acquisition, and retention metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Operations:
- Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow across all departments.
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and hygiene to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for clients.
- Monitor and maintain non-medical office supplies and retail inventory, ensuring stock levels are optimal and reorders are made in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the lead spa coordinator to ensure all KPIs are met.
- Handle customer complaints, issues, or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain guest satisfaction.
Marketing & Community Engagement:
- Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies, social media campaigns, and community events to build brand awareness and increase foot traffic.
- Collaborate with the owner to create targeted promotions and special offers designed to attract new customers and retain existing members.
- Represent the spa at local networking events, trade shows, or wellness seminars to build brand presence and attract new clients.
- Assist with social media postings and content creation.\
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in spa management, hospitality, or wellness industry, with at least 3 years in a sales-focused role.
- Prior experience with membership-based sales models (preferably in wellness, fitness, or spa settings).
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through membership programs, upselling services, and achieving sales targets.
Skills & Abilities:
- Exceptional sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding membership sales quotas.
- Deep knowledge of the wellness industry, particularly hydration therapy, IV treatments, and related services (preferred but not required).
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with spa management software, CRM systems, and general office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with professionalism and discretion.
