Enterprise Account Manager

HydroPoint is seeking a full-time Enterprise Account Manager.
The Account Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Sales with dotted lines to a team Enterprise Accounts Execs who will help to drive some of the day-to-day priorities.
The Account manager will partner with the sales team to manage existing and new accounts and drive customer expansion sales including renewals, upsell, and cross-selling.


The Account Manager will be both a customer-facing resource and relationship manager as well as the internal connection between the outside sales team needs and interdepartmental resources (ie. training, marketing, and customer success).
This individual will work closely with the Sr. Director of Sales to achieve individual and team Sales goals and milestones. The position has a competitive base salary as well as a monthly commission based on individual and team sales goals. HydroPoint’s sales team is growing quickly, and this is a great time to get in and join in that growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • This is a quota-carrying position
  • Premiere Account Renewals and business-related account support
  • Responsible for numerous Salesforce functions to enable remote sales team.
  • Perform data analysis and business analysis related to the strategic expansion of target accounts.
  • Responsible for facilitation of smooth customer onboarding and coordinating HydroPoint internal resources to provide quality customer experience.
  • Provide continued input on areas of improvement to enhance the expansion and upsell opportunities with named accounts.
  • Interfaces with Business Development and VAR partners on various programs and projects to help them achieve their sales and growth goals.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2-5 years of Account Manager / Sales experience
  • Prior success in achieving/exceeding annual sales quotas
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Creative problem solving
  • Team player

Location: Hybrid out of our Petaluma, CA headquarters

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
