With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Camarillo!
Responsibilities:
- Oversees temporary employee recruitment and hiring process; conducts new hire orientation and onboarding for temporary agency employees; collecting/reviewing Temporary New Hire Packets; confirming offer details with hiring managers; data entry in HRIS; uploading required employee personnel files. Facilitates the conversion process to full-time employment if applicable.
- Weekly management of temporary employee timecards, temporary employee invoicing, reconciliation and liaises with temp agencies with which the company engages.
- Assist recruitment team in department reporting; manages the Employee Referral Program; update job postings on the Careers Page; participate in in-person and virtual recruitment events as needed; coordinate exit interviews.
- In house liaison with Operations/Production teams: Provide employee customer service, translation and interpretation of communications and policies to Spanish, partnership with Ops leaders for support, production operator orientation/training.
- Support with employee events; vendor correspondence; coordinating with Facilities team; planning and executing; day-of and/or on-site support.
- Complete special projects for HR team as needed. These projects may include special report requests; audits; document filing; etc.
- Assists employees with questions related to employment and internal systems, providing excellent customer service to internal (employees) and external (vendors, agencies, etc.) customers.
- Acts as backup to other HR functions as needed.
- Actively supports and participates in the safety program, both for self-protection and the protection of other employees, by reading and abiding by all requirements in the Safety Manual and Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).
- Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.
- Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
- Handles various other duties as delegated by the Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field and/or 1-2 years of Recruiting & HR experience required

Recruiting & Human Resources experience may include the following:
- Scheduling interviews, posting job ads, dispositioning candidates, experience maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems
- Working in varied HR disciplines in an assisting or other capacity, including HRIS, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR Compliance, filing and data entry
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to recruiting, onboarding, wage & hour and offboarding. Demonstrated ability to effectively interpret applicable laws and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required (verbal and written)
Pay Range (applicable to California):
$24/hr. to $28/hr.
