We are a *NEW* family owned and operated wellness studio in San Juan Capistrano, launching this May 2024. We are offering regenerative health services such as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), infrared sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy. Each service we offer aims to improve the quality of life of each of our clients by improving both their mental and physical health. **Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Wellness Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting health and wellness in all areas of a person's life. We are looking for someone with a warm and welcoming personality who is willing to be educated on wellness topics and processes and be able to articulate these benefits to our clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Accept payments
- Maintain a clean and inviting space for our clients
- Operate and maintain proper care of wellness equipment
- Adequately decribe each service along with the risks and benefits of each
- Conduct individual assessments to create personalized care plans
- Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to help clients achieve their wellness goals

**Requirements:**
-High School Graduate
-Would be ideal for someone pursuing a degree or certification in Wellness, Health Promotion, Kinesiology, Exersice Science, Nursing, Holistic Health Coaching, Healing Arts and Sciences or related field (though not mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to educate diverse populations on wellness topics

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 23 – 33 per week
