Summary: The Recruitment Team has an opening for a temporary healthcare recruiter.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration or equivalent
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in recruiting for leadership roles to nurses and nursing assistants; RN's, LPN's and CNA’s
- Strong working knowledge of utilizing social media platforms; Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram to promote company branding, culture, job postings and more
- Ability to source from both active and passive candidates from; really database, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, ATS
- Good working knowledge in software; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe PDF
- Ability to work independently (strong work ethic) and as a team
- Ability to travel to hiring events, job fairs (career fairs), conventions as needed
- Excellent Communication skills; must be able to communicate with candidates, facilities, hiring managers, nursing schools
- Excellent Organization skills; keeping a clean work environment and being able to multi-task several projects simultaneously
Job Functions:

- Provide customer service to all facilities within the organization in a timely manner in regards to increasing applicant flow and sourcing for the best candidates possible
- Creativity and out of the box thinking in sourcing passive candidates by utilizing LinkedIn, Email Blasts, Cold Calling, social media platforms, referral sources, ATS, references, job boards and more
- Competitive Analysis, Wage Analysis, really Analytics
- Monitoring really and Google reviews
