What You’ll Do
- Build the Full-Stack Site Where the AI Agents Live: Design, develop, and deploy a full stack application that perform end-to-end marketing tasks. This includes agents for market research, creative strategy, automated video editing from scripts, and influencer research outreach.
- Architect the Agent Operating System: Create the core infrastructure that enables our AI agents to collaborate, operate reliably, and scale. You'll build the systems for task orchestration, data flow between agents, and human-in-the-loop feedback.
- Engineer the Creative Engine: Develop the full-stack applications and generative pipelines that allow our agents to create novel content, from writing scripts to editing and producing final video assets.
- Ship Foundational Products: You will own features from 0 to 1 in a greenfield environment. You'll be launching core capabilities that directly empower our agents and deliver immediate value to our customers.
- Shape the Technical Vision: Partner directly to make key architectural decisions, define the product roadmap, and establish a culture of engineering excellence from day one.
- You have 3-5 years of experience building full-stack software products and are excited by the challenge of building something that has never existed before.
- Our stack is: Next.js, Node.js, Python, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL
- You write clean, scalable code in TypeScript (React) and Python and are comfortable building and managing infrastructure on AWS.
- You have experience or a deep intellectual curiosity in building AI-driven systems, multi-agent workflows, or platforms that automate complex human tasks. Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or agentic frameworks is a huge plus.
- You're inherently curious about how influence works, what makes content go viral, and how creative ideas spread online.
- You’re interested in working hard and achieving greatness.
- You have a bias for action and rapid iteration. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can have a direct impact and see your work go live quickly.
Salary : $150,000 - $210,000
