Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Experience: 0-4 years
Managerial Experience: 0-3 years
Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) preferred
Degree Field: Business Management, Supply Chain Management or related field
Equivalent Experience/Education: 3 years of experience in a planning role or a manufacturing/automotive industry.
Communication Skills: Intermediate
Foreign Language Required: Preferred. If yes, what language? Korean/Spanish
Foreign Language Skill Level: IRL Level 3 - professional proficiency
Mathematical Skills: Intermediate
Certified/Technical Skills

- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
Responsibilities
Role- Supports the Production Control Team through reporting, maintaining contractor headcount and processing material planning.
- Create reports and meeting presentations
- Track overall plant operation status (KPIs, production results, business plans, etc.) and report to HQ
- Calculate and gather plant’s monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results.
- Process daily and weekly material resource planning (MRP, set daily/weekly production material requirements).
- Update new FSC and module codes.
- Process OEM, Supplier, and Contractor Chargeback Claims due to downtime, part defects, or etc.
- Create Accounting documents and SAP documents as required for charge back claims and for time management fees.
- Maintain and update contractor worker headcount.
- Manage and report daily attendance and performance of outside contractors.
- Calculate payment for services based on invoiced amounts and time verification.

- Create, review, and negotiate contracts.
- Manage Weekend work plan.
- Standard costing report
