Intern, Emerging Issues & Data Analytics
The Intern, Emerging Issues & Data Analytics will support the North American Safety Office with ongoing development of our Advanced Analytics System and support on going DA Group case review and assessment activities.
Major Responsibilities
- Safety Analytics Systems
- Collaborate with NASO, KASO and HAE on the use and enhancement of the G1CMT (Global 1 Case Management Tool) for use in data analytics post application launch.
- Project enhancement, analyzing, and assessing functions and performance in SDAI (Safety Data Analytics Infrastructure) with NASO.
- Conduct safety alert/case evaluations.
- Confirmation on SOP documentation.
- Available for a full-time paid internship in June to August 2026
- Local to Fountain Valley, CA (no relocation or housing will be offered)
- Must be eligible to work up to 40 hours per week
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the internship
- Visa sponsorship is not available
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
- Compensation: $25.00/Hour
- Must be a high school graduate.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or other analytical / technical fields, including technical writing, and/or public policy.
- Interest in automative safety and/or automotive industry
- Organization and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, high integrity, and ethical behavior.
