Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in processing daily financial transactions related to vehicle sales, repairs, parts, and services.
- Record accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for the dealership.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closings.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets for management.
- Maintain accurate inventory records related to vehicle sales and parts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
