Sales Operations Program Manager
- Responsible for optimizing and documenting the process flow
- Maintaining spare parts stock
- Manage movement of product from receiving to refurb cage to shipping
- Support for refurb techs
- Create MCOs to initiate work process
- Interface with customer for conflict resolution and business updates, collaborate with RMA team to manage orders, product 5-10 monthly reports
- Provide monthly invoice statements, track internal costs.
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
