Residential Buildings Technician

Job Summary
I & MJ Gross Company Inc is looking for an experienced Residential Buildings Technician to join our maintenance team. As a key member of our staff, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our apartment buildings.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

• Conduct regular checks to prevent equipment failures and address any issues promptly
• Maintain the interior and exterior of our buildings, including grounds upkeep and appliance installation/troubleshooting
• Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins by completing necessary repairs and cosmetic touch-ups
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and provide top-notch service
