Node.js Developer

Job Description: NodeJS Developer (Contract)

Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NodeJS Developer to join our team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable web applications using NodeJS and related technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of server-side development, RESTful APIs, and database integration.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain server-side logic using NodeJS (5 years of experience in required)
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for integration with front-end applications and other services.
• Integrate with databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and implement data persistence solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
• Collaborate with other developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality products.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and development environments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in NodeJS development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
