Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Compounder to join our team. As a Compounder, you will be responsible for preparing batches of raw materials for production processing according to specifications and established procedures. Obtaining materials from inventory and utilizing scales or automated equipment to accurately weigh materials. Compounders are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing processing equipment, tanks, filters, pipes, lines, and pumps. Completing all documentation accurately and by process standards. Additionally, as a Compounder you will be required to follow hazardous material handling and personal protective equipment requirements.
Experience:
- Previous experience in materials handling, laboring, or manufacturing is preferred
- Previous machine/ equipment operation
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Effective communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities

i2M operates 7-days per week 24 hours a day. We rely on local talent and promote from within. Compounders may work any day of the week, including weekends. Shifts are 12 hours per day. Compounders have the ability to work overtime. Changes in business volume and production requirements can cause the plant to change work schedule.
