Job Title: Production Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Production Engineer to support equipment specification, procurement, installation, and validation for a large-scale manufacturing facility. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and operation of production equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Support equipment design, purchase, and installation for production lines
- Conduct equipment trials to confirm safety, quality, and efficiency
- Review and modify 2D drawings (AutoCAD)
- Participate in cross-functional teams across production, safety, and QC
- Assist with capital project planning and execution
- Up to 25% travel after the first 6 months (domestic and international)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 10 years of equivalent experience
- Experience in manufacturing or capital project environments
- Strong understanding of equipment functionality and electrical controls
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Ability to work during shutdowns and weekends as needed
- Steel-toe boots required on-site
- Interview will follow STAR format via video call
