We are looking for a motivated, curious, and hardworking individual who wants to build a long‑term career in the construction industry.
This is an entry‑level role with strong growth potential, working directly under a licensed General Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily field operations and monitor progress on active job sites.
- Assist in supervising subcontractors and verifying that work meets project standards.
- Receive, inspect, and organize construction materials delivered to the site.
- Document project progresses through photos, checklists, and simple reports (with buildertrend & other plataforms)
- Help ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications.
- Maintain clear communication with the General Contractor, vendors, and field teams.
- Perform general on‑site tasks related to construction coordination.
Requirements
- Work Permit in USA
- English and Spanish proficiency.
- Valid Florida Driver License.
- Ability to travel between job sites along Southwest Florida.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Proactive attitude, reliability, and good communication skills.
- No prior construction experience required — training will be provided.
