Be a vital part of the action at the ballpark during Brewer's games and other fun off-site events! Join our dynamic Stadium Concessions team and enjoy a variety of responsibilities that go beyond the ordinary.

• Competitive Wages and Tips: Seasonal Stadium Concessions employees earn a $11/hour base wage. Tips average $5-$10/hour for slower events and $15-$20/hour for busier events (think Friday night baseball games against a regional rival!). Baseball stadium, Summerfest and Panther Arena tips are paid on your paycheck, other event shifts are paid out at the end of the shift.
• Off-Site Bonus Eligibility: Seasonal employees who are with us the entire baseball season, including any playoff run, and work a min of 50 hours during the season are eligible for the offsite bonus pool. Extra Cha-ching on top of your wages and tips!

Seasonal Stadium Concessions Expectations

Jump in and keep things moving! You are the friendly face serving up slices and making customers' days. It's a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two shifts are the same and there's always something fun to do.

You'll take orders, finish baking slices, serve beverages, and ring people up at the register. Cleaning and keeping things stocked is also a big part of working "the stand" as well. You can also opt into other off-site events like weddings, brewery pop-ups, the Rave, Summerfest, etc.

Oh, and let's not forget about the tips-they'll have you rolling in dough (pun absolutely intended). If you're ready to join a crew that works hard, laughs a lot, and makes ridiculously good pizza, we'd love to have you!

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs. This is an active job!
• Must be able to use ovens, pizza cutters, knives, and other related equipment.
• English language proficiency is required for this position.
• Must be able to consistently and reliably show up to shifts on time at the baseball stadium or other event locations if you sign up for shifts at those events (like the Summerfest grounds, the Rave, etc).
• Must be 16 to apply for a Seasonal Stadium Concessions position or to work at our Story Hill location. All other positions/locations require you to be 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide adequate identification documentation at New Hire Orientation. For more information, you can visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-9.
• No experience required?! If you are willing to put in the effort, we'll teach you everything we know!

Scheduling and Hours

Shifts are during Brewer's home games and concerts at the stadium. Weekend and evening availability is a must! Stadium events run from March 31st through the end of the baseball season including playoffs. So we could be done at the end of September if it's not a playoff year, or we could be going strong through the fall!

This is a seasonal, part-time position. We cannot guarantee a consistent schedule or number of hours from week to week. When the Brewers are on the road, there are fewer hours available.

Other events and catering such as Summerfest, Panther Arena, The Rave, and Lion's Tail Brewing Company are also available as needed.
