Dough Prep Cook Job Duties and Expectations
You'll be measuring, mixing, weighing, and preparing dough using a dough mixer and dough rounder, as well as shredding and preparing cheese. You'll also have to keep the prep area clean, organized, and well-stocked. You will also load up and transport dough to the Ian's Pizza on Juneau Ave using our company van, and then bring empty dough trays back to Story Hill.
Dough Prep Cook Job Requirements
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods.
- Be able to bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs, and lift 50lbs bags of flour up and down stairs.
- Be able to work with kitchen equipment such as a dough mixer, knives, and industrial cheese shredder (don't worry, we'll teach you how to use these things, but you have to be able to work with large equipment that requires great attention to detail and safety precautions).
- Must hold a valid driver's license and have a clean, or near clean, driving record.
- Must be 18 to apply. If you are 16 or 17 years old, you can apply for the Front of House at our Story Hill location (5300 W Bluemound Road) or for a Seasonal Summer Catering and Offsites position. All other positions/locations require you to be 18 years of age.

Dough Prep Cook Scheduling and Location
Shifts would be anywhere from 9am-5pm any day of the week with a preference for availability on Wednesdays-Saturdays and Mondays. This is a full-time (30-40 hours a week) position.
Most of your tasks will be completed at Ian's Pizza Story Hill (5300 W Bluemound Road), and you will load, transport and unload dough using the company van at Ian's Pizza Downtown (146 E Juneau Ave).
