Job Description
Under the guidance and supervision of the Program Coordinator, the FSA is responsible for assisting the families assigned in ensuring that all their needs are met by connecting them to community resources and navigating them through the RCSD and other pertinent systems.
- Conducts parent meetings, parent activities, home visits.
- Provide interpretation and transportation services as needed and maintain up-to-date case notes about services provided in each family's file.
- Must be able to develop a trusting relationship with the families; interact positively and respectfully with staff, parents, students, and colleagues, and demonstrate a commitment to the mission of IBERO-American Action League, Inc.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the FSA Program Coordinator.

In every one of our programs, we work with every individual in the family unit to ensure the entire family is learning to identify and execute important goals. We also offer a fee-for-service program that includes: translations, interpreting, and organizing focus groups.
