Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on expanding revenue streams from current customers.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts with significant growth potential, leveraging data-driven insights and market analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including C-level executives, to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer pain points and aligning our solutions to address their needs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop tailored solutions and value propositions that resonate with existing customers.
- Lead negotiations for contract renewals, expansions, and new business opportunities, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development roles, with a focus on driving revenue growth from existing customers.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer value.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in retail, fintech and logistics ecosystems is highly desirable
