Bilingual Registered Nurse

IBI Healthcare is looking for a Strong Bilingual (Spanish - English) Registered Nurse who is ready to commit and join our growing team in Loganville, GA on a Part-Time or PRN basis.

Your Role

• Provide world-class care to all of our patients, while using your exceptional customer service and bedside manner skills.
• Act as the liaison between the physicians and patients, as well as answer any questions or offer guidance to family members.
• Work in a progressive medical practice that values its employees as family members.
• Starting IVs
• Provide Pre- and Post-Op care

What We're Looking For:

• Passionate & Curious: A nurse who has a keen sense of curiosity and drives for continuous improvement.
• Experienced: Previous experience in ASC settings, including Pre-op, Post-op, and PACU.
• Leadership Skills: You possess a strong sense of leadership and urgency while maintaining respect and professionalism.
• Flexible: Ability to work in multiple locations, including Loganville and future locations in Georgia.
• Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish) and military RN experience is a plus.
• Ready to commit and has experience in a FAST-PACED outpatient surgery centers – ENT, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, Plastics
• You graduated from an accredited school and have a current nursing license.
• Experience with Moderate Sedation
• Great IV Skills
• AORN membership - preferred
• Can survive without lunches

Schedule:

• 2-3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) per week with long 10-12 hours, often w/o lunch breaks and 2-3 days of short shifts.
