iBuy is one of the world’s leading distributors of consumer electronics and we are growing fast. We have a newly created positionfor a specialized Corporate Attorney to serve as in-house counsel and handle all complex legal matters and projects. You will ensure the legality of commercial transactions and advise our company on legal rights and duties.
Responsibilities
- Analytical, problem-solving and research skills.
- Negotiate deals and attend company meetings
- Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g., intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents)Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents
Requirements
- Proven background on corporate law (contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, licensing, zoning laws)
- BS degree in Law
- Excellent negotiation and communications
