Position: The role you would play on our Multi-disciplinary Team
- Develop and administer treatment plans for children with neurodevelopmental challenges
- Collaborate care with the multi-disciplinary team
- Help children with various disabilities increase independence in daily childhood occupations, using play-based activities
- Utilize sensory-based strategies to promote childhood skill development
- Modify the learning environment to suit patients' skill progressions
- Educate parents to support skill generalization within the home or community.
- Recommend modifications or equipment to promote independence at home
- Assess and record patients’ activities and progress for clinical documentation, progress reporting and discharge planning
