About the Role
iCapital is seeking a Vice President to join the Firmwide Analytics and Strategic Initiatives team that provides operational and strategic support to iCapital’s growth. The person in this role will be a trusted business partner across all areas of our business driving critical strategic initiatives set by the executive team and leveraging data to inform critical business decisions. This role will focus on implementing the company’s core growth strategies, defining and maintaining KPIs, and working cross-functionally to improve processes and business operations. The ideal candidate has proven leadership strength, strong analytical and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to develop cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a world class business operations, analytics, and strategic initiates team.
- Support the design, creation, and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
- Improve reporting frameworks to drive better decisions with data-informed insights.
- Deliver data-driven insights and business intelligence from all parts of the business to help senior leadership and business owners make important decisions.
- Execute strategic initiatives and drive programs to improve operating processes and reduce inefficiencies.
- Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders to align and mobilize teams on the most critical company objectives and opportunities.
- Help build and drive processes by developing plans on how to best use resources including people, technology, capital, and creating organizational structures, processes, and tools to achieve, measure and optimize outcomes.
- Partner with the Finance Business Partners and FP&A teams, who are primarily responsible for forecasting, reporting, and budgeting.
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy; 1-2 years of operating experience at a hypergrowth start-up is preferred
- Experience managing a high-performing team and providing career development feedback
- Strong understanding of finance and ability to roll up your sleeves on analytical work
- Proven track record of using data to drive business decisions including the ability to structure problems for analysis and synthesize strategic insights in an actionable and compelling manner
- Demonstrated ability to establish long-term cross-functional connections between different parts of the business
- Comfort with challenging the status quo and ability to think outside of the box to solve problems
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $190,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
