Responsibilities
- This unpaid Internship will give experience shadowing seasoned Estheticians, working with clients, booking and upselling, wellness modalities including cryo facials, cryotherapy, redlight, compression, and more!
- Ensure ICEBOX branding and culture through consistency and continuity in all actions.
- Create relationships with clients to further personalize their experience.
- Promote and educate clients on company products and culture.
- Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service.
- Proactively attend to clients to ensure quality customer service.
- Answer customer queries regarding services.
- Recommend & select services and packages.
- Make calls to potential new members utilizing opportunity list.
- Participate in community connect events.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the studio.
- Schedule appointments using Zenoti Software.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
- Solid verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to multi-task and manage client concerns.
- Ability to work and function in a team environment.
- Health & Fitness-minded people strongly preferred.
- High energy and motivated personality.
- Overall basic knowledge of health and wellness.
