The service manager works alongside the FOH Manager to oversee all operations at the restaurant (except for the kitchen).
Job Duties
- Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise serving staff (servers, server assistants);
- Order products and supplies as needed;
- Supervise seating and waitlist times to ensure accuracy;
- Resolve any food quality and service complaints;
- Maintain budgeted service labor;
- Implement standards for employee performance and customer service;
