Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ophthalmic Technician. As an Ophthalmic Technician at ICON Eyecare, you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as payient work ups and pre testing. You will work closely with our dedicated team of eye care experts to provide exceptional patient care and assist in diagnosing and treating a variety of eye health concerns.
Qualifications
- Experience in Optometry, Scribe, Fundus Photography, or related areas
- Strong knowledge of Medicine and Ophthalmology
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and empathy when working with patients
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is a plus
- Relevant certifications or degrees in medical or ophthalmic fields are beneficial
