Provide support to Integrated Media Coordinators on maintenance and organization of Local Media TV/Radio buys. Key responsibilities include monitoring of client schedules and reconciliation of weekly billing discrepancies. Suitable candidates encompass the ability to work successfully with teams, assist on multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
Required skills/qualifications:

- Detailed oriented and able to produce accurate work
- Strong organizational skills are a must
- Faster learner with technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Polished, with good interpersonal skills

- Media experience is a plus but not required
