Health and Wellness Specialist / Team Member
Location: iCRYO Wexford – Pine Tree Shoppes, Wexford, PA (Opening Fall 2025)
Schedule: Monday & Tuesday (7:30 AM – 2:00 PM), Wednesday (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
Compensation: $25.00/hour generous commissions & growth opportunities
Hours: Part-time, with potential to transition to full-time employment (includes one unpaid lunch hour during full-day shifts)

Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience & Service: Welcome and guide guests through their wellness journey, educating them on personalized services.
- Sales & Commissions: Drive membership sales and upsell services ethically while meeting commission-based performance goals.
- Wellness Knowledge & Engagement: Stay updated on recovery modalities, share your passion for wellness, and engage with guests in-center and online.
- Team Culture & Operations: Support a safe, clean, and efficient environment; communicate openly with the team; take initiative in daily responsibilities.
- 2 years of experience in wellness, fitness, or health-related industries
- Strong background or interest in biohacking, recovery, or holistic health
- High energy, positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with guests and providing exceptional service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, team-oriented mindset, and reliability
- Comfortable working the posted schedule (flexibility for holidays/events a plus)
- Successful completion of training and iCRYO service certifications required
- Available for two weeks of paid training prior to opening
- Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening
- $25/hour base pay plus uncapped commissions
