Description
The primary responsibility of the Personal Banker is to assist customers in managing their bank accounts and finances through individualized services. In this role, the personal banker oversees all aspects of their clients' accounts, informing and providing them with banking services including new accounts, loans or credit cards.
This position is Monday-Friday : 9 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Essential Functions :
- Manage client bank accounts, including opening, closing, and updating accounts
- Identify opportunities to offer / refer additional products and services that will add value to our customer relationships
- Review documents for accuracy and legal compliance, collect and verify required customer information for account openings and revisions
- Assist customers with mobile banking and account management tools
- Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints by offering solutions or referring them to the correct individuals
- Performs teller functions as needed
- Review and decision overdraft items in accordance with bank policy
