About the Role : To support the Confluent global equity plan programs including stock options, RSUs and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). This role will include working with amazing people across the globe and supporting a multitude of duties including answering employee inquiries and working on daily operations such as option exercises and RSU releases. What You Will Do : Manage the Equity Edge Online ('EEO') database, including all transactions Process global new hire set up and terminations in EEO Process and monitor the Morgan Stanley account generation, activation and W-8BEN certification Lead ESPP enrollment, purchase and post purchase reporting obligations Correspond with global payroll teams to report daily trades, monthly RSU and ESPP transactions Maintain the daily equity approvals and assist with preparation of monthly grant schedules for internal review Provide equity compensation documentation to HR and / or Legal for employee relations matters such as employee separation, court actions, garnishment, death, disability, etc. Perform monthly termination reviews between equity database and HRIS system Work with internal and external teams with funds going to and from Morgan Stanley Foreign Disbursement accounts What You Will Bring : 3 years of work experience in stock plan administration, preferably with a global public company (in-house or service provider) Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Knowledge of equity plan software and reporting Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation, or in the process of obtaining certification preferred EEO Database Super User Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Microsoft Office-equivalent applications : Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) are required Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills This role requires working closely with cross-functional To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
